No contracts required for our residential customers! You can cancel anytime, no hassle. If it’s been two weeks since your last cleanup, we’ll need to do an initial cleaning to get things back on track. For our commercial clients, we do require a contract for ongoing services to keep your space poop-free all year long!
Nope, you don’t have to be home! We just need to chat beforehand to set expectations and get access if needed. Our “On the Way” and “completed” completed notifications with gate photos add a sence of confort.
We ask that your dog is inside while we scoop to keep everything safe and smooth. If your dog needs to stay out, let us know so we can work out the details before your scheduled day. Safety first!
Yes, we clean and sanitize all our tools after each yard, including our rake, bucket, and shoes (or booties!) to prevent cross-contamination and keep your yard safe and clean.
You’ll receive invoices via our secure portal, Sweep & Go, where we accept card payments. For weekly services, we pre-bill on the 1st of every month, and payment is automated with a saved card on file.
Yes! We offer you the option for on the way text or email through our system! We also send a picture of the closed gate on every service visit so you can let your dogs out with confidence.Â
Of course! We offer one-time cleanups for special events, injuries, or just to get things back in order. One-time cleanups start at $45. For best results, we recommend signing up for regular weekly service!
We scoop rain or shine! If there’s severe weather, we’ll try to reschedule or pick up the following week. You’ll get a heads-up if we have to skip a visit, and we’ll double the next visit’s scoop!
Keep your grass and leaves trimmed so we can spot all the poop! Let us know about tricky gates or locks ahead of time so we can avoid delays.Â
We’re closed on major holidays like New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, and Christmas Day to spend time with our families. If your service falls on a holiday, we may rearrange that week’s schedule, or we’ll skip that week and scoop the following one.
Our routes are organized to be as efficient as possible. While we try to accommodate your preferred days, think of it like trash pickup—we’re in certain areas on certain days. We’ll keep you updated on any schedule changes!
